We collaborated with the client to define the goals of the website and how it would serve visitors. The first priority was to present the consultant, offering a clear sense of the person behind the business, which in turn supported the second goal of building client trust and engagement. To achieve this, we developed a set of focused navigation pages, each designed with purpose, working together to link Dave’s personal journey with his consulting services and guide visitors towards making enquiries and booking consultations directly through the site.
