Will my website go down during this change?
No, not at all. There is no physical migration of servers happening right now. All services remain active and unchanged.
Do I need to sign a new contract?
No. Your existing agreements and services continue as they are. You will simply see KangarooUK mentioned on future invoices and communications.
Who do I call for technical support?
You have more options now! You can still contact Marcus, but for faster technical resolution, you can now contact the KangarooUK support desk directly on 01530 560177 or email support@kangaroouk.com.
Can I now get help with SEO and Social Media?
Yes! This is one of the biggest benefits of the partnership. You now have direct access to KangarooUK’s digital marketing team. If you want to discuss getting more leads, just let us know.
Will the prices of my current services change?
There are no immediate price changes to your existing services. If you choose to take on new services (like SEO or a website redesign), we will provide a clear, competitive quote for those separately.

You will receive a welcome email confirming everything you can expect from us, as well as a clear breakdown of your setup fee and subscription costs. If you are happy with everything, simply pay the setup fee and we get started!
Telephone Consultation
Things get exciting!
Your dedicated designer will contact you to arrange a telephone consultation. This is our chance to get to know all about your business and what website will work best for you. We can look at some existing websites to get a feel for what you like and take design requests.
Domains, Emails and Logo Design
All websites need a domain to work

If you have one already we can help set it up ready for your new website to go live, or we can register a new one for you. At the same time, if you have requested professional
business email, we will send the login details to your new account
Website First Draft
The big day arrives!
We are nearly there, the first draft is sent via email for your review. Only you can view the working preview of the website and it is not public until you approve the design and tell us to make it live. Usually it is pretty close to being finished at this stage, but we are here to help get it from really good to perfect!
Design Changes and Alterations
All our website designs go through 2 rounds of design alterations after the first draft to make it perfect in every way!
Your dedicated designer will call to discuss your feedback and we will send you a feedback form so you can send us any detailed notes or design changes that you would like.
Approve Design and Go Live
Finished Product
The website is finished and ready to meet the world! We’ll send you an email to approve the design and give us the instruction to publish it so you can start sharing it with friends, colleagues and customers. And that’s it, the project is complete!
