As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the rest of the team on a daily basis, giving oversight to all active onboarding projects and liaising with clients to make sure they are receiving the best experience possible at all times. An excellent telephone and written email manner are a must. 

Duties will include maintaining internal admin systems, checking in with clients on a weekly basis to update them on the status of their project and following up any requests from the website designers. The role will be responsible for overseeing our billing systems, maintaining spreadsheets, providing weekly reports and following up overdue accounts where client payments are missing. 

Having established a strong portfolio of clients across a range of industries, we are looking for talented, ambitious and dedicated sales agents to help promote our services to businesses within their networks and fuel its continued growth.

We're looking for talented designers to join our existing team to help create beautiful, high-converting, high-quality websites for our amazing family of clients. Using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, the Duda Website Design platform, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace you will coordinate with our Office Manager and report directly to our Senior Designer to deliver all our client dreams and more besides. 

Even though remote working is available in this role, the ability to communicate effectively and work as a team is key - as is meeting deadlines and suggesting new and improved methods for delivering projects as technology and our industry evolves.
